In this episode, we delve into the inspiring journey of Producer Mike - Sr. Editor and owner of the production house that publishes "15 Minute Fitness Fix with Coach Kinsley."  In 2021, Mike was in his early 50s, overweight with poor nutritional habits. But the passing of two close friends triggered a wake-up call - the need for significant lifestyle changes. Starting small, with daily 5 AM walks, Mike took the first steps on to forming new habits. 
After crossing paths with Coach Kinsley at a local gym, Mike kicked his fitness journey into high gear.
