Coach Kinsley

Coach Kinsley is a college educated long time certified personal trainer, fitness coach and certified nutrition coach. She has worked in commercial gyms, boutique fitness clubs and trains one-on-one with measurable and consistent results.

Producer Mike

Mike is the owner / operator of Gray Hawk Media Productions. He is the Sr. Editor for Coach's podcast, a former personal training client of Coach Kinsley's who has improved his health and nutrition over a long period of time thanks to Coach's guidance and consultation.
